Three-time Olympic champion Faith Kipyegon falls short in attempt to break 4-minute mile

Three-time Olympic champion Faith Kipyegon has failed in her bid to become the first woman to run a mile in under four minutes. Kipyegon, the Olympic 1,500-metre gold medallist from Kenya, ran in 4 minutes, 06.42 seconds at Stade Charlety in Paris on Thursday.
