Amit Panghal applies for Khel Ratna post change in rule

Panghal’s nomination for Arjuna had been rejected thrice by previous committees because of his 2012 ‘inadvertent’ doping offence. His application for the Khel Ratna last year was rejected by the committee owing to his dope-tainted past.
