England fast bowler Archer relaxed over WC chances

The Barbados-born fast bowler wasn't named in the England squad announced last month. The ECB, meanwhile, has reduced its residency qualification rule from seven years to three, which makes the 24-year-old Archer available should a replacement be needed.
