'Ministry at fault for archers missing World Cup'

In the wake of cancellation of Indian archery team’s Medellin World Cup campaign in Colombia due to closure of the Pakistan airspace, Archery Association of India (AAI) secretary Maha Singh on Sunday lashed out against the sports ministry’s failure to handle the matter tactfully.
