Canadian Para taekwando athlete Anthony Cappello denied exemption, won't compete in Tokyo
Anthony Cappello, a Canadian medal hopeful in para taekwondo, has lost his bid for an exemption that might have allowed him to compete at the Tokyo Paralympics.
