Giving back with love, Somdev Devvarman's way

Veteran pro Enrico Piperno dialled the Chennai-based Devvarman, bringing to his notice the plight of the sport’s markers, ball kids and other support staff, most of whom are daily wage workers. These men and women, boys and girls, who Devvarman called the ‘heartbeat of any tennis body’, are without work or funds, ravaged by the deadly coronavirus that has swept across the planet.
